I knew when Sam came out to quote me on redoing my driveway he was a trustworthy and honest business man! Our job required ALOT of concrete and Sam quoted a fair honest price and it looks amazing! Sam and his team recently completed a large residential job for us in Blacktown. The job involved 2 driveways and 2 vehicle crossings with lay backs at 2 addresses side by side. The job required critical levels and falls to help control water run off and needed to be poured in sections. A lot of the prep work was done by us except for the vehicle crossings and Sam allowed me to work in with them with further prep work to help reduce our costs. The job was completed within the time frames that were allowed and the price was considerably cheaper than other quotes we had received. I'm very impressed with A1 Auscrete! Sam and his team done an amazing job. There was a bit of confusion in the amount of excavation that had to be undertaken and there was some unexpected plumbing work. The job took much longer than expected. Sam organised the plumber and everything worked out fine. Sam & his team were very friendly & helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They came back next morning to clean up and our yard was left immaculate. I'm happy with the finished product and highly recommend A1 Concrete.

Sam and his team did an excellent job. Other companies surprised me by giving lower quotes verbally and increasing the amounts during a second final visit. I was badly looking for a good concreter during the peak christmas season. Sam gave a very reasonable quote on the spot verbally and also in writing, and assured that there will not be any hidden charges like soil removal/ site clearance . He clearly explained the ins and outs, patiently answers all the queries, and how to go ahead with council applications online. He is well organised and takes the stress out of the customers. After our granny flat is built, we need to concrete it's court yard around 80sqm. Sam came to site and gave us the quote within 2 days after job posted. He is a professional tradesman. He and his team did excellent work and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Even our granny flat builder is also impressed by the concrete job and recommended to his company as well. After speaking to several concreters we found Sam at A1 Concrete by far the most professional in every way. What we liked was that we were 1. well informed 2. Sam emphasized quality of work and high spec materials and, despite waiting due to some bad weather, we are pleased with the final result. The quote was about middle of the range and the new drive appears to be excellent and has received complimentary comments from neighbours. Sam personally oversaw all critical stages of the job and ensured all was up to standard at completion. I would highly recommend A1Auscrete to anyone who wants a high quality concrete drive installed and I would certainly use this company again if I needed further concreting work done.

A1 Auscrete went above and beyond to get our driveway done. We had to postpone our job 3 times and Sam and his team bent over backwards to fit us in when we were finally ready. Sam dealt with our local council when we needed him to and the final finish is perfect. Hired Sam after months of searching a reliable and honest concreter for our driveway - 85sqm stamped concrete. He made the booking to do site visit so he can give the most accurate price on the job on the weekend. He listened to what I want to achieve with my driveway and my concern around crack and drainage given it's pretty large area to cover. He sent me the quote across within a week and he is very flexible and want to negotiate to win the job. The payment term is very very flexible - we agreed on the 10 % of initial deposit and the remainder at the completion of the job. Sam is very flexible and informative tradies I encountered so far . He always gave his day plan ahead of the job so I can expect what happening with the progress of the job. He also very accommodating the last minutes weather change. We need to rebook the concrete truck once. His team is pretty courteous and honest that what you want from the tradies. Recommended!!Keep the good work!

Only feedback is may require a little more attention to detail like the final finishing up but nothing too serious. Overall excellent result. Sam took the time to explain it to us which was good. I hired A1auscrete to install a new driveway, nothing was too difficult and I was kept informed at every step of the process of what has happening what had been done and what was still to do, I found Sam and his staff to be vey professional and honest. The work done included excavation and concreting peers and the slab. Everything went smooth from the first time we spoke on the phone to the completion of the job, and its because Sam kept us in the loop and always had the communication lines open. I've dealt with trades before and the quote process can become a minefield, I learnt not to take the cheap and nasty quote, it always comes back to bite you at the end. Sams quote was honest and very competitive, the fact he works with larger organisations means he doesn't muck you around. As the owner builder, I'm happy to concede without a shadow of a doubt Sam provided one of 'The' best experiences Ive had dealing with a trade, the Sydney water agent and my engineer were also impressed with Sam's work.
